Rates are
valid for trip costs up to $10,000 per person, up to ten (10) travelers, and
up to 31 days. Call for trips that cost over $10,000 per person, with more than
ten (10) travelers, or that are longer than 31 days. The Gold Plan must be purchased
within fourteen (14) days of initial trip deposit. Rates are per person, based
upon age and trip cost.

The Gold
Plan coverage is provided for the Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion Waiver for
both you and your traveling family members. This plan must be purchased within
fourteen (14) days of initial trip deposit. Additional requirements apply for
the pre-existing condition exclusion waiver. This plan has certain exclusions,
