Training includes the following:

• Basic Apollo/Focalpoint/Viewpoint training
• Client Base Database client management and itinerary production
• Extensive Hawaii Destination training (the hottest market in the world - no matter where you will go)
• Extensive Supplier training - for inbound Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Cruises
• Sales training
• How to utilize the internet in the travel business
• How to search the web to find what you need for your travel business
• Proper use of email in relation to clients
• Opportunities in becoming your own Internet Travel Company - Why you can if you want to ...
• Pros and Cons of working for yourself and working for someone else
  
  

REQUIREMENTS TO BE ACCEPTED INTO OUR TRAINING PROGRAM:

• Must be able to type a minimum of 40WPM - not 2 finger
• Must be computer literate
• Must be focused and have a keen desire to learn
• You must present yourself in a professional manner
