Mark,
Merry Christmas and thanks once again for recommending Taveuni
Palms to your clients. They were such lovely guests and they both
actually burst into tears when they arrived. They said they couldn’t
believe how beautiful the villa and grounds were.I thought you may like
to see their comments they left ion our guest book..
“The welcome we received
when we stepped off the plane made us feel like family immediately.
The view from our villa was breathtaking and our private acre of paradise
and private beach was the most beautiful place we have ever seen. Our
wedding was unlike anything we could’ve hoped for elsewhere. This
was a honeymoon vacation of a lifetime and a dream come true. The staff
are amazing, so friendly and accommodating to our every need. Earl went
out of his way to teach us to snorkel and kayak.
We had the most wonderful time
– enjoyed snorkeling, swimming, hiking, the waterfalls are marvelous!!!
Everywhere we went on the island we were greeted with warm friendly
smiles. The food was the best we have tasted in our entire lives. We
have made friends for life and will never forget you all”.

| Dear
Wendi,
Thank you for assisting us with our Tauck tour to Australia
and New Zealand.
You made our booking, travel arrangements, and visa application run
smoothly, as well as making sure all was in order. We wanted an overview
in 3 weeks of that area of the world. We were pleased with the tour
guide, the accommodations, food, variety of activities and sites. We
had thought that traveling with 41 people would be cumbersome but our
efficient tour guide kept us in line. She needed to vary the trip when
Mt Cook was too cloudy to fly into. We had a medical emergency in the
group that she efficiently took care of. She always had a “fantastic”
attitude as she greeted us each morning.
Thank you, Wendi. Sincerely,

Everything was great..... Robin
did a great job setting up the hotels, air and cars for our honeymoon.
We had no problems and had a wonderful honeymoon! The
best thing about the trip ( well I better say that it was time spent
with my wife since it was my honeymoon!) so the second best thing was
being at the Grand
Hyatt in Kauai during the Grand Slam and meeting a couple of my

I want to make sure and let you know what a great job you did handling
our family vacation to Fiji.
We were especially grateful for having you when we went to check in
for our flight home and our seats had been pre assigned in a great spot
toward the front of the plane where we could utilize the bassinet for
Leo. You were not exaggerating when you said the people of Fiji were
nice, they are wonderful. The Resort was wonderful and lovely, we truly
did relax and enjoy our family.
Again, thank you so much and I look forward to booking our next holiday

Melissa!
I wanted to comment on a couple of items regarding our 2 week trip/wedding
in Fiji:
1) Your agency is very responsive and we appreciated the numerous emails
before and after we left and the recent card from Hiapo.
You guys were great!
2) The Fijians are the nicest people in the world!
3) Qamea
and Yasawa
resorts are absolutely amazing. Qamea will stand out as the most unpretentious,
accommodating and overall nicest place we have ever stayed; we felt
like part of the Qamea family and spent several nights chatting with
the manager Shelly, and Ron and Bryce, the owners. Yasawa is a little
more formal, but facilities were a bit nicer and the beach absolutely
amazing! I vote Yasawa as the best place to get married, and I grew
up in a beach town!
We will most definitely use McCoy again. Please keep us updated on all
your recent trips and recommendations. We are looking at going to Tahiti/Moorea
next year!

First of all I have to thank you for all your assistance and your personal
advice, thanks to you we had a GREAT honeymoon, Hawaii is a paradise,

a lot of green, and colors, we really had a great time over there, people
at the hotels were very very nice with us, Both hotels were just perfect,

the sun comes, It was very very cold but it really worth, we took some
pictures with the red nose :)

| Hi
Lori!
Oh my god..it's so beautiful in Fiji...I
think there are still claw marks on the palm tree that they had to drag
me away from! haha! We decided after staying on Vanua Levu, if we ever
went back there's no way we could stay at any other bure there other
than that.....it's so perfect. As Tom said "we are now 'bure snobs'
" hee hee. Trust me..we are spreading the Fiji word...I was trying
to talk Vanessa into needing an assistant! Question too....we are actually
coming back to Hawaii (Maui) next August for my cousin's wedding. Last
time when we went there we stayed at the Lahaina
Shores Beach Resort and really liked it...ocean front room. Can
you look into that for me? Well, time to get back to work...it's really
crazy with Thanksgiving! Happy Turkey Day and I will stay in touch...but
it was definitely an amazing time and your service was fabulous!!

Lori,
Well here is our report on Fiji. We have owned our condo in Maui since
1988 and have been there so many times we have lost count. However,
if we were to rate Maui a 10 then Fiji would be a 15. I think that our
evaluation is based on our, including your’s and Melissa’s,
selection of islands. If we had stayed at one of the resorts on Viti
Levu we may have considered Fiji equal with Maui; the difference was
the selection of remote islands. I have NEVER been on a vacation where
I forgot completely about work and didn’t feel the least bit guilty
about not caring. We will have a little different view of the three
islands and our accommodations since each of us has different needs
and expectations.

| Lori,
Thanks for your e-mail reminding us to give you our reflections. It
was a great trip. Everything worked out as you indicated.
Koro
Sun Resort was super. We were the only ones there. The attention
and service and meals were super. I made arrangements to have the Fijian
Angelican Priest to officiate in repeating our vows, which was followed
by a wonderful chicken and lobster dinner with all the trimmings. It
was held at the massage house next to the water fall. Two chefs and
two helpers served us in real class with a special cake and candles.
The arrangements for the ceremony and dinner was to be over $ 200. When
we paid our over-all bill, the manager said the evening was a gift.
It was delightful. While we were there we went to see the dolphins do
their act, but they took the day off. However, we snorkeled and saw
beautiful fish and magnificent coral. We enjoyed becoming acquainted
with the Fijian people, their culture, values and lifestyle.
Our 50th anniversary trip to Fiji was beyond our dreams. Ken and Peggy
also took great care of us.
Thanks for your suggestion to Ken and Peggy. Next summer or fall Dori
and I will be at our condo in Kahana Villa. We will stop by to meet
you. You did us a great favor.

| Hi
Wendi,
Just thought I would let you know what our experience was like. We had
a great time all-in-all. The flight was fine into Kona and Hertz let
us have a Buick Rendezvous. It was very nice, wood steering wheel, lots
of automatic controls and the rear sensors which beep when you get too
close to an object. Weather was sunny mostly. We did get a chance to
see the Manta rays from the ocean view lanai at the Sheraton.
Very exciting experience. Room was very large and comfortable; awesome
lanai as you enter the hotel. Parking was not bad.
We enjoyed riding in the mountains
(the entire island is of course a volcano) Lava evidence everywhere,
did not have to go to the Volcano Nat'l Park to see lava, but we did
anyway. Ran across a cave of some sort off the main highway by chance
and stopped and took pictures.
The helicopter ride was awesome
and frightening. Got to see some of the lava down in a hole - red hot.
Kauai was rainy when we arrived. Good. It allowed us to cool off a bit.
The Princeville
Resort was exquisitely luxurious. You chose well on the room, breathtaking
views of the coast at Hanalei Bay with the waterfalls inlayed mountains
as a back drop. Enjoyed it all very much. The trip to the Waimea Canyon
was well worth it as well as the helicopter ride over the mountains,
the Napali coast etc. was a real thrill, so was the catamaran ride along
the coast, rough waters but still quite a thrill. Also, just as in Kona
with the cave off the beaten path, we discovered a waterfall about 5
miles coming from Princeville just as you cross the bridge to the right
by the guardrail. We took tons of pictures and had a truly great time.
Enjoyed dinner at Duke's (a recommendation from an Islander) which is
located in the Marriott at Lihue airport (no charge to valet or self
park) Good food w/great view. Hotel Property is absolutely beautiful.
Thanks!

| Melissa,
We truly enjoyed our honeymoon in Fiji. We were absolutely enthralled
with our Resort on Beqa. Not only was the food there impeccable, the
staff was just incredible. We felt like members of a big extended family.
We only had to mention something and our wish was fulfilled. The diving
operation there was seamless… Sevu, their dive master, was fun
and informative and I felt very safe with the whole team. They even
thought of the little things like having a Scrabble game in our room
to play on rainy days. We really enjoyed the intimacy of the resort,
and the grounds were beautiful maintained. I think you should mention
more to people how eco-friendly they are… the toilets are composting,
providing fertilizer for their organic gardens. They use gray water
(wash water) for all of their irrigation and filtered rainwater for
all of the potable water. Those were things that impressed us even more.
Plus, they have a foundation providing healthcare for villagers on the
island. Let’s just say that when we go back to Fiji, we will definitely
be going back to Beqa… it is a beautiful place that we want to
support.
Qamea
was very nice, the snorkeling and diving there was incredible and the
grounds were very well maintained. The authentic bures were very nice
and our favorite time at Qamea was our visit to church with the villagers.
That was very special . Overall a beautiful vacation and everything
was very well-coordinated on your end. Thank you for all of your help
and we will recommend your agency and Lori
Evans in the future.

~ Fiji ~ |
| Hello
Cindy,
Matt and I are back from our fabulous honeymoon at Maravu
Plantation Resort on Taveuni Island in Fiji. It was phenomenal!
It was the trip of a lifetime.
I think that the best part about it was our bure. I’m sure that
we had the best one there! We stayed in a Honeymoon Deluxe Bure. It
had the most beautiful view of the ocean! I was under the impression
that we may not have an ocean view and was extremely surprised and happy
when we did. The bure was very well kept and the private tub with the
waterfall was to die for!
We are not divers, but did do some snorkeling and found that to be wonderful
as well. We also took advantage of the massage bure at the resort. Flo
and Mere are terrific! We made it to the Bouma waterfalls, but are convinced
that there should be a warning about the hike to the second waterfalls.
It was very hot when we were there and the hike is very rigorous. The
second waterfall was worth the sore legs though. It was gorgeous! On
another day, we went on the half day west coast tour. The church was
spectacular! The dateline, although there’s not much there, is
also a definite must. The natural water slides were extremely fast due
to the rain, but we went down anyway. Wow!
The food at the resort was good. Matt enjoyed it more than I did because
I’m not a seafood eater. The menu was quite limited for someone
who doesn’t like fish or other sea creatures, but I never left
a meal hungry. Matt still raves that the lobster was the best he’s
ever had. The thing I thought was great was that we were able to drink
the water right out of our tap. We refilled our water bottles everyday
and kept them in the refrigerator in our room so they were cold for
the next day’s adventures. We drank a lot of water during the
week!
People have asked if I would go back and I’m torn on my answer.
If money and time were no object, I would still be there! I would definitely
go back to Fiji someday. I would recommend Maravu in a heartbeat. Now
that I’ve been to Taveuni, I would like to try another island.
Thank you so much for assisting us in our honeymoon planning! It really
was a wonderful experience and we will be in touch when we can return
to Fiji!
Thank you!

| Bula Lori,
Well our trip was wonderful, we both enjoyed everything and more. Taveuni
is beautiful island, and the people are just great. It was great to
hear the language again, their singing, and of course those big smiles
of theirs.
We would go back to Maravu
Resort again. Everyone there was wonderful to us, we made friends,
but how can you not make friends with those guys. The resort is very
nice, we meant the owner Jochen Kiess. He is very nice.
We meant so many honeymooners, that was fun. Alot of them from the states.
Both Mike and I want to thank you for helping us plan this trip, we
had such a good time. And My BIG 50 was wonderful, boys in the band
sang to me,
had a birthday cake, and the most wonderful massage in the world. Mike
arranged a sugar scrub with an hour massage, plus the heated stones.
Oh my god, that was pure heaven. Mere is the one that gave me my massage
she,s wonderful. If you never had that one by all means its worth it.
Both Mike and I had several massages just wonderful.
Again thank you for everything.
Take care best regards K. Peters

Everything was absolutely wonderful for our vacation to Maui. The Grand
Wailea had to be the most awesome place we had ever seen. I swear
we would have hardly ever left it wasn't for us wanting to get out and
get some snorkel gear and take a drive around. The hotel upgraded us
to an executive tower which hosted a delicious continental breakfast
every morning and then had a happy hour every evening with appetizers.
It was a wonderful way to talk and mingle with people and get some good
eats as well. The hotel, like I said was just unbelievable, we just
feel in love with the place and its amazing pools and atmosphere.
Though I have to say that we didn't do much, except for laying out by
the pool and beach and not doing anything that we had really planned
on doing. We did get to snorkel off of the beach by one of the hotels
down the way from us and we had just an amazing time.We can not thank
you enough for the excellent service and the wonderful time you had
arranged for us. It surely was a trip that we would never forget! And
I have passed your name along to a few people who have inquired about
the travel agency.

I have never met people who were so gracious. The people of Savusavu
will always hold a special place in our hearts. I didn't realize that
Savusavu would have such lush tropical rain forests and it was great
to go horseback riding to see the island and all it had to offer.
I have already started spreading the gospel about Fiji and I will be
sure to refer you to anyone who is looking to go on a great vacation.
All the best.

Melissa and Wendi,
As you well know Sue and I are back from our glorious two weeks in your
beautiful Hawaiian Islands. We enjoyed the trip of our lifetimes (thus
far). Everything you set up for us went flawlessly on schedule. The
Fairmont
Kea Lani and Hyatt
Regency Kauai were of the utmost in attention to our needs and desires.
What we enjoyed the most at the Fairmont was the complimentary Hawaiian
canoe lesson. At the Hyatt it was the meandering pool and water slide.
While in Maui, we trekked out to Hana and back, biked down Haleakala,
snorkeled Molokini, shopped and luau'd at Lahaina, and relaxed alot
by the pool. In Kauai, we rode bikes along the Poipu Beach area, catamaraned
up the Na Pali coast, luau'd with the Smith family, and relaxed alot
by the pool. While only in Honolulu for about 36 hours, we enjoyed a
moving visit to the USS Arizona memorial, had a delicious meal at Longhi's,
sunned ourselves on Waikiki a few hours, and, of course, relaxed by
the pool. Do you see a pattern here?
One thing I really did appreciate about Wendi was her initial input
as we were planning which islands to visit and length of stays at each.
She was right on the money about splitting our time to one week each
on Maui and Kauai. Of course, because of our return flight, we ended
up quickly visiting Oahu anyway. Her choice of accommodations was excellent
as well. All 3 places were top notch. Should we ever be lucky enough
to do a return trip to Hawaii, we'd love to spend our time on Maui and
Hawaii.
Another nice touch was having our own line for Custom Classic members
at the Hertz rental counters. I caught a few envious glances from those
unfortunate souls standing 10 deep at the other lines. The welcome gift
pack you sent us at the Kea Lani was very thoughtful as well. The weather
was delightful and the places we visited as well. So much so that while
I took 365 photos throughout, only on about 10 or so did I question
as to why I took that picture. I could probably make a 100 postcard
set they were that good. But I guess you're used to that.
Thank you so much for providing a wonderful trip for Sue and I. We will
most definitely recommend you to any and all that may be interested
in first class travel. We look forward to doing another trip under your
tutelage some day, but for now, after those two weeks of lavish Hawaiian
lifestyle, we just need to get back to work to pay for it all....and
save up for the next one.
Aloha and Mahalo !!!

| Mike,
Thank you so much for coordinating our Honeymoon. The first 3 days in
Hana
were just what the Dr. ordered. Very laid back and so relaxing. We were
amazed how serene and quiet the resort was, we also loved the fact that
we didn't have to fight a large crowded resort our first few days while
we unwound from the months of wedding planning and festivities.
The Spa was wonderful, the people at the resort were so very friendly
and just full of the history of Hana and Hawaii in general. You were
right, the beds were so comfortable and the accommodations were just
perfect. We loved that we had such a spacious little bungalow and the
soaking tub was a favorite of mine.
The Hyatt
in Kaanapali was awesome. Gabe much preferred this type of resort to
the quiet, isolation of Hana but Hana was a perfect way to start the
vacation. We met some wonderful people, had some amazing food and all
in all can't wait to sell off our current properties and move to Maui!
Thanks again for being so flexible with us and our changing minds while
planning this trip for us. We had a great time and wouldn't have changed
a thing other than staying an extra week if we could have.
Mahalo!

| Hola
Mike!
Just wanted to say Thank You again for the hook up to Bora
Bora. Everything went smoothly and you did a great job for us. I'm
going to be sure to recommend you and your agency to many of my friends
and family to you guys. We had a great time - the island is incredible
and beautiful. I only wish I could afford to go there more often. I
also wish it wasn't so far away. The weather was great - it was actually
cool for us dessert rats from Phoenix. The breeze really kept the humidity
in check. The hotel even provided free snorkel equipment already in
our bungalow. The only downside to the whole trip was the very long
layovers and the cost of eating and drinking at the resort. I wish they
would accept american cash from the greatest country in the world. Air
New Zealand was great (although the layover was a bit long) and so was
the trip and just want to say thanks again for the trip to heaven on
earth. Keep up the good work and I'll get back with you on our next
big trip in that area.

| Hi
Mark,
Unfortunately we had to come back! Our honeymoon was beautiful and everything
was great. Our month around the States was splendid and we visited a
lot of wonderful places. Hawaii
was enchanting and we loved it but I think that one week is not enough
time to fully appreciate the islands. And .. what to say about French
Polynesia ... I have no words to describe the sea of this part of
world. We have a lot of memories in the heart and this has been the
trip of our life. We would to thank you because your work has been superlative.
Thank you for the assistance in Hawaii with our flights and thank you
for your patience to answer our many doubts. You are a beautiful person
and I hope to book another holiday with you soon (I've just come back
but I'm looking forward to Fiji ...)
Thank you very very very very much !!!

| Melissa,
First of all, I want to tell you I finally know why Hawaii
is considered paradise. What a magical place! One of the things your
agency does best is hire people who are great to work with. Sue
Michailidis went above and beyond when it came to helping our group.
Given that we are infrequent travelers, I had so many questions that
I actually felt bad contacting her so many times. And because of the
number of people traveling, things became quite complicated. She always
responded quickly, and was friendly & personal, too - she helped
us so much. I plan on sending her a personal thank you in the near future.
Our rental car was great! We had originally picked out a mid-size car...but
Hertz ran out of them & upgraded us to a SUV at no additional charge.
Our accommodations at Grand
Champions were excellent!! A beautiful setting, great location,
beautiful condos, pools, etc., etc.....and we loved the air conditioning
- as well as the two bathrooms in each unit (invaluable when getting
ready to attend a wedding *smile*). Everyone in the wedding party said
that if they ever go back - that's where they want to stay. We were
even granted a late checkout of 4:00PM at no additional charge. You
can't beat that! All the information you sent allowed us to get around
the island easily & not miss out of any "must do" things
offered in Maui. My personal favorites (after our daughter's wedding
at the Seaside Chapel, of course) were our day long motorcycle trip
and watching sunsets at three different beautiful beaches. The Road
to Hana was an experience in, and of, itself of course. *smile*. The
worse part of the trip was not having enough time to explore - a good
reason to come back, I guess.
Maybe you had this in your info packet and I missed it, but I would
have found it helpful to know what the average gratuity is in Hawaii....and
who all expects to get one. I kept running out of cash. LOL And our
poor housekeepers, I never noticed the envelopes they left until almost
the last day. I hope the amount I left was sufficient...and that it
got to all who worked in our Condo.
Also, no one is ever going to gain weight flying American Airlines.
When you fly over 8 hours, a meal would have been nice. However, I would
have been content with just a sandwich - but by the time I was hungry,
they had even run out of those. Too bad we forgot our snack pack in
the backseat of the car rental. It would have come in handy. *smile*
All & all, I would give McCoy Travel a five star rating.....and
I will use your agency again, as well as recommend you to my friends.
Thank you for your part in making our trip so memorable.

| Dear
Melissa,
Thank you for your letter. Our trip was fabulous and so was Sue.
This was my third trip to Maui but it had been about 20 years since
my last trip to Hawaii
so it was a thrill. We loved our accommodations. They were so perfect
and we could not have asked for better. Very comfortable and perfect
set up. It was fun with all of us being in the same complex area as
we were able to share dinners and fun evenings. We took the road to
Hana and Skipper was a hoot. He was our driver and made the trip so
much fun. I would recommend him to everyone but would want him to save
a time for our next trip over ;-)
The Tedeschi Winery was so much fun and Sherry and I did lots of side
trips. We would just take off and take a road and go exploring. What
a ball we had. We walked on Makena beach for a Sunrise and a couple
of Sunsets. So breathtakingly beautiful. You guys did such a great job
of setting up everything, thank you. The wedding, accommodations, side
trips, people, food, shopping and EVERYTHING was perfect. The most fun
and perfectly planned trip as well as spur of the moment entertainment
I have ever taken.
I would recommend this little out of the way place to eat. You can eat
in our outside at some tables but they have great take out. ESKIMO CANDY.
GREAT FOOD, and a very unique little place.
Thank you again and I will be in touch. Please send me info when you
have things set up for Africa.

| Melissa,
I was composing a letter to send to you, but you beat me to it. To say
the LEAST, my travel agent, Robin
Bram, was excellent. I can not tell you how happy my husband and
I were with her. She took time out of her night, Monday October 11,
2005, to help us with a hotel issue. That was not Robin's fault, that
was mine. Robin worked her butt off to get us a nicer room for our honeymoon
in the JW
Marriott AND she got us an ocean front. I was so happy. The best
experience was staying at the Princeville
on the oceanfront. We had our wedding there and it was truly the most
memorable we had. My husband cried when we left, as well as I. We will
be returning to the Princeville next year for our anniversary. The people
there were amazing and so kind. Way different than Los Angeles. Robert
and I are thinking about moving to Maui.
I learned my lesson and will stay with your agency for all my travels.
Robin deserves a raise or something special. I really mean that! Thank
you very much for the professionalism and kindness!

| Wendi,
We had a great time. Absolutely amazing. We were so relaxed! I think
we spent most of the time at the hotel. We would get up early and sit
by the pool and swim in the ocean. We also got the couples oceanside
massages at the hotel - that was quite a treat! The para-sailing was
amazing - we didn't end up going surfing because we were tired but we
did spend some time in Lahaina and Kihei and rented scooters and rode
around the town. We went to the Luau
at the Maui Prince.
You were incredibly helpful and I thank you for everything. I know we
will be going back next year and we for sure want to book it through
you!

We had a great time on the trip, thank you. All went as planned. We
stayed at two hotels, I will start with the sesond....
Le
Taha'a Private Island and Spa. We have traveled all over the world
and this had to be one of the best plaves we have ever been, from the
room to the atmosphere to the service. We would go back in a minute!!!
The first hotel was the Meridien
Bora Bora. This place caters to newlyweds in their 20's. It was
ideal for young romance. We had a good time, but preferred La Taha for
our 30th anniversary.

| Hi
Cindy,
I wanted to email you and thank you for all the hard work you put into
our Honeymoon. We have gotten back safe and sound and have been busy
getting back into our new reality of life (being married). I just thought
it would be nice to let you know that everything went really well.
Sydney was beautiful (a little cold) but a city to see. We stayed at
the Sydney Harbor Marriott - our view was of the Harbor Bridge (amazing)
the walk to the opera house was 5 minutes. The people in Sydney
are very nice and the city beautiful.
Fiji
was warm and welcoming. All the flights were great. Rosie travel services
were very real nice, they dropped us off in our own private car and
even let us leave some luggage safely in there office so we did not
have to lug it around. The fun part was the little plane we took with
sun air – it was so small. Fiji was gorgeous, the beautiful green
mountains to the white sandy beaches to the crystal clear water. The
flight to Qamea
Beach Resort alone was worth it passing over the blue water and
seeing all different shades from dark blue to light blue (right out
of a picture) was breath taking. The arrival in Qamea was wonderful.
They picked us up in a Land Rover took us to a short boat ride to our
destination. Everyone on the island was so friendly. The room was so
much better then I would have imagined. Very new and clean I give in
a 5+. The staff was so nice to us and welcoming. First day we played
a bit of volleyball with another couple and just relaxed. The food was
wonderful they made about everything. The only disappointing thing was
the 4 days we there it rained for all 4 days. The day we were leaving
it was sunny and hot with no clouds in the sky. I wished we stayed for
the full 7 days. Ron the owner was also on the island and remembered
us because of all the commotion with booking us. He was friendly and
made us feel welcomed.
We were really sad when it came
time to board that boat and head home. They gave us a great Farwell.
They walked us to the boat and played the guitar. It was sad but really
nice. Overall we had a great time. We will have to visit Fiji again
and hope for better weather lol. Thank you very much for all your help
Cindy. Also your thank you card was a very nice thing to send. I hope
in the near future we will get to work together again.

Joanne
did a wonderful job for me re: week long trip to Yasawa.
All aspects of the trip went very well. The resort was much, much better
than expected based on the cost. I have traveled to Fiji on eight other
occasions (your travel company took care of me on most of my other trips).
I would rate Yasawa highly. My old favorite, however, was Forbes Laucala.
I think Yasawa is my new place to relax and is certainly a bargain.
Looking forward to my next trip to Fiji with the help of your travel
company. Kudos to Joanne for her attention to detail.

Sue!,
The honeymoon was incredible. We had an amazing time. Fiji
was fantastic. The resort was pretty much all couples and mostly honeymooners
and it was the perfect mix of socializing with other couples and having
time to ourselves. The staff was friendly and we got to know most of
them by name within the first couple of days. The only bad thing was
the first night our bure was next to the pool and as it was our honeymoon,
we asked to transfer to a more secluded bure. They put us in the bure
that was farthest away from the pool/restaurant and that was perfect.
If you send people there I would suggest reserving a bure farther from
the pool. We dove almost every other day, and the resort was perfect
for diving. The dives are all extremely close to the island and because
the resort was so small we really got to know the dive master and the
other divers. If we wanted to dive alone it was not a problem. They
even offer a shark dive and after Hillary coaxed me into it, we dove
with the sharks and it turned out to be the best dive we had ever been
on. The food was great and so were the drinks. We were the only Americans
there, but that made it a little more interesting. We hung out with
people from New Zealand, Italy and Australia and now have places to
stay all over the world. The type of people who go to Fiji are laid
back which was exactly our pace. The restaurant was nice, because we
could eat alone, or with a large group which made for great nights.
We would definitely recommend Fiji.
We were glad we went to the main island so we could see a little of
the Fijian culture. We went on a river trip to a village to drink Kava
and have a traditional meal. It was a great experience.
Thank you so much for all of your help putting this trip together, it
made for a memorable honeymoon.
When we find some time and money to use that free ticket to Hawaii we
will call you to help plan our next vacation. Possibly next August.
Thanks Again.

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond regarding our review of Fiji.
Fiji is all
about water!!! Incredible turquoise blue water right out front including
great swimming, great sand, fun/funky "bar" at beach, and
good snorkeling - awesome!! The dive spots are incredible!!!!!!! My
favorite was the "Disneyland" snorkel. In summary, I was glad
we went to Fiji; wonderful people!
We're off to Australia
in Nov/Dec without kids. We have a 3-day layover in Fiji and want to
sail the Yasawas on a cat. Any ideas seeing as you lived there?
Thanks,

| Hello
Melissa and Mike,
Our Fiji vacation
was the best vacation ever! It was paradise above and under water!!
The Air Pacific flight was great as we managed to be upgraded to business
class both ways, and as usual the Rosies' staff was very nice, helpful
and punctual.
The resort was fabulous; the food was excellent, the villas were luxurious
and the staff wonderful. They made us feel so special that we left the
island with tears in our eyes. I was 5 months pregnant at the time and
they spoiled me with attention.
The Island has beautiful beaches and a magnificent, unspoiled reef around
it, which is wonderful to snorkel on at high tide. We also recommend
the daily snorkeling trip, a round of golf on a beautifully kept golf
course around papaya and coconut trees, walks around the island (approximately
1 1/2 hour, 2 hours if you' re pregnant) getting up early to watch the
sunrise and cocktail hour at the Rocks restaurant at sunset.
Mike, thank you so much for recommending Fiji, we are looking forward
to going back with our little one in the future. Fiji is definitely
a place you go back to. This was our third trip to the Southern Hemisphere
under McCoy Travel' s guidance, the second with Mike' s help, and there
will be more!

| Dear
Melissa and Wendi,
We had the most glorious trip ever!!! We hadn't been to Hawaii
in 15 years but had been there 4 times previously - I've been in love
with Hawaii since I was a little girl! Even had my own "Holly Hawaii"
business in Holly, Michigan!! I have quite a collection of Hawaiiana.
So you can imagine my delight in being back. Our benefactor made our
trip one only due royalty. We thank your office for helping with the
scheduling. We were very happy with all of it. Our hotels greeted us
with champagne, wine, treats - all because your office firmly let them
know we were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary. It was wonderful.
The BEST part of our trip was
HANA!!! We were told we would be bored there! FAR from it!! We love
the laid-back style of Hana (that's why we now have a love affair with
BELIZE!!! esp. the little island of Caye Caulker - so please keep us
informed of any specials to Belize!) We drove EVERY road on the island
of Maui and loved the back areas! This is our style. Waikiki and Lahaina
are fun to see but WAY too crowded for us.
All in all our trip will long live in our memory. It was the best 50th

We recently received our travel documents in the mail-we can hardly
believe our trip to Vatulele
is almost here! Thank you so much for all your help in planning our
15th anniversary trip back in January of this year! The trip you planned
for us to Maui
earlier this year was fantastic - I will now call you whenever we come
to Maui - it was so much easier and cheaper through you. How can you
beat that? Anyway, I wanted to confirm with you that you requested our

Bula Lori!
Thanks for your message. Yes,
back to work (unfortunately) and even though I'm swamped I am welcoming
the opportunity to procrastinate a bit more and talk about Qamea!
We had an AMAZING time. You
recommended the perfect honeymoon for us. We were able to be active
when we wanted to (playing volleyball, hiking, snorkeling, scuba) and
lazy at other times (ok, most of the time!) laying in the hammock, napping,
reading and (my requirement) sipping tropical drinks on the beach! We
only went on one excursion - to Bouma Falls - but it was very interesting
and beautiful and our guides were great. We also really enjoyed Honeymoon
Beach - a nice touch.
We absolutely loved the staff
- Mariah, Filo, Julie, Richard, William, Johnny, everyone - so sweet
and always greeting us with a huge BULA! In fact, the entire staff,
from the manager Shelly to the gardeners were so welcoming and friendly
every time they saw us. We instantly felt right at home.
You were right about the food
too - delicious! We definitely never went hungry. Every day when we'd
hear the drums calling us to lunch we thought - "Are you kidding?
We just ate!" We never missed a meal, though, because they were
so great - beautifully presented and yummy. Drew became really friendly
with the "Band Boys" (aka the "Kava Boys") so we
had our fair share of kava. Let's just say we slept really well while
we were there. ;) We had a great time hanging out with the other guests.
One couple got married about half way through our visit so we were able
to attend an impromptu "reception" for them at the Bar. So
much fun - stayed up really late dancing, singing, and drinking!
Well, needless to say, when
the time came for us to leave and the staff began singing their farewell
song, I was a total mess. ;(
We hope that we can go back
to Qamea
some day - need to save some money (and vacation time) first! The next
time we are able to take a vacation we will absolutely contact you.
We're so close to Hawaii we'll probably plan a trip there soon. I've
only been to Oahu and Drew's only been to Oahu and Maui. Kauai is calling
our name! ;) We'll also gladly recommend you to our friends.

| Bonjour
Mike,
I just wanted to take a moment
and send a thank you for your assistance in planning the perfect honeymoon!
Our trip started with us landing
in Moorea
and being greeted by someone immediately. At that point we were told
that a swell had blown through Bora Bora and our overwater bungalow
had been washed away. She told me it would be taken care of, as quickly
as she told me was as quickly the worry was gone-I turned to Shawn and
told him how happy I was we went through a highly recommended travel
agency and I knew things would be taken care of..and they were!
After we enjoyed our few days
in Moorea (by luck we were approached to change to a garden bungalow
for the first evening, and be upgraded to an overwater bungalow the
next 2 nights), we headed off to Bora Bora....AMAZING-is all I can say.
I am glad things were changed around and we had the opportunity to stay
at a different hotel other than Intercontinental (although Intercontinental
was fabulous, variety is always good)..we ended up staying in an overwater
bungalow at the Lagoon
Resort. We loved the Lagoon Resort, the bungalow was great and sat
over the perfect coast line of a Motu off Bora Bora.
Everything went smooth, the
transfers were easy and the people were very friendly. We trusted you
to make our honeymoon travel arrangements fabulous, and you met all
expectations, maruuru...:)
We will definitely offer high
recommendations as the MaHannah's did to us about you..
Mahalo!

Lori!
We had an absolutely wonderful,
marvelous trip to Matangi.
I think Matangi was our favorite — the staff and other guests
were so warm and welcoming. We became friends with couples from Australia,
New Zealand, and Great Britian....a great diversity of people of all
ages and backgrounds. We had a great number of adventures together snorkeling,
a pouring rain storm to go see the waterfalls on Taveuni, pleasant dinners
and conversation on the ocean deck, and a special last evening “anniversary”
surprise created by Maggie with our own private table and a chocolate
cake to share with all our friends. On the morning we left Matangi,
EVERYONE — all of our new friends — were on the beach and
the dining deck singing and waving goodbye. We were all in tears.
By the way, Kay at Matangi upgraded
us to a deluxe bure because the standard bure was in a location that
got NO breeze at all. I told Kay I would pay for the upgrade but she
insisted that she would not charge us.
Okay, so now I am interested
in planning our next South Pacific adventure. We are both interested
in returning to Fiji and exploring some different islands. We also are
considering Tahiti.
We don’t know much about Tonga
or the Cook
Islands. What are your thoughts?
You did a magnificent job of
planning our trip to Fiji. Every detail was taken care of and well executed.
We will be in Maui
November 16-December 8. Will you be around then? We could come by your
office and get started on planning our next trip. I could get started
before then and do some background research if you give me a few leads.

| Hi
Vanessa:
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. We had a incredible time
it Moorea.
It was even better then we could have imagined. The resort was beautiful
and looked exactly like the pictures on the internet. We also had flowers
on our bed and champagne waiting for us when we got to our room.
The service was spectacular. The airline was one of the best I have
flown on, Alberts transportation was great in fact we ended up doing
other tours through the same company. I would highly recommend Alberts.
Your service was also spectacular. I received everything you said I
would and your handling of the passport issue was with great expediency.
I really appreciate that. We are definitely going to find a way to go
back to Moorea it is just paradise. Thank you for all your help with
everything.
In addition we are considering going to Hawaii next summer let me know
if you hear of any good deals. We would like to go to Maui
for a week.

| Hi
Wendi,
Meg and I just wanted to say
"thank you" for all your assistance in helping us plan our
trip to Hawaii.
Your knowledge of the islands and willingness to help before the trip
and even while we were there was exceptional and allowed us to experience
as much as possible. We had a wonderful two weeks.
One nice addition to staying
at the Sheraton
in Kauai was that you can go to the Princeville
Resort (another Starwood resort) and use their facilities, get towels,
etc for free. There is wonderful snorkeling 10 feet off their beach
there...the best I have experienced. Didn't know if you knew that or
not but wanted to pass that along to you to recommend to other customers.
I'd also recommend the Blue
Water Rafting adventure...as I mentioned to you, our day was a bit
unusual with the high surf (16' waves) so we could not go into the sea
caves, etc. but we saw a unique display of nature nonetheless. The Kai
Kanai snorkeling trip was good although we didn't see much in fish at
Molikini either of the 2 times we were there. Perhaps it was bad timing
or there just aren't the quantity/quality of fish there?
The Blue
Hawaiian helicopter tour was probably our favorite excursion we
did...there is no better way to see the island of Kauai in my opinion.
I mentioned to you that there was a little confusion on where to go
for departure...I think you meet at the Harbor Mill shopping area at
their offices and they then drive you to the heliport.
Again, thank you for all your
advice and the small bits of information that made the difference for
us.
Take care,
K. Reichenbach

Lori,
I just wanted to say thank you for all your help and to let you
know we had a wonderful experience everything went as planned without
a hitch. From the meet and greet between flights to the resort to the
VIP waiting lounge at the end, it was great and one of THE most relaxing
vacations we have ever had.
Your descriptions and what we might
expect from Namale
were right on and I think the Marau was the best bure there. The staff
were the most hospitable of anywhere I have every traveled anywhere
in the world they just made everything so worry free and effortless.
Now I have to decide what to have for dinner, imagine that. We enjoyed
pretty much everything at the resort from snorkeling to the spa and
had a wonderful couples “Moonlight Magic” experience which
was unforgettable. My only criticism was the beach which you did disclose,
but I think it was the reef being so close and no real sandy bottom
that made it less than desirable. Since I was kind of anxious about
getting to experience that idyllic white sandy beach, we begged and
pleaded and they took us to a little private island that one of the
staff member’s grandfather is a village member so we got permission
to be dropped off there on a perfect idyllic sandy spit of white sand
that went out into crystal blue water with a sandy bottom with the reef
about 15 feet out, it was perfect! With a picnic lunch and a few Fiji
Bitters we were set. Namale is definitely a place where if you ask,
they deliver.
We also ended up meeting up with some
old friends that we hadn’t seen in over 15 years who we live 20
minutes away from and are now going to get together which was amazing
in the middle of the South Pacific meeting someone you know. And we
ran into some McCoy people - Hiapo and his wife, both very nice.
I’ve recommended
you to business and friends and hope they use your services, we definitely
will for any future trips. Our next trip will be sometime over the Christmas/New
Year’s holiday and are considering New Zealand and some sort of
fly fishing accommodation. Let me know and maybe we can start working
on that.

Our family trip to the Bahamas was wonderful! We stayed at the Harborside

meals. The staff was great and met all of our needs.

| Hi
Melissa & Lori,
Our vacation in Maui
was fabulous. We loved the Wailea Elua condo. We spent most of our time
on the second story lanai doing nothing. The snorkeling was great right
in front of our condo and the whole concept of the Destination Resorts
planning is very impressive, that you can walk for miles on sidewalks,
cut into beaches. We really loved the walk from the Elua to the Kihei
Surfside. What a fabulous stretch of beach and of course what can you
say about McKenna Beach. We bought beautiful bronze sculptures at the
Dolphin Galleries at the Shops of Wailea and several watercolors of
beautiful Hawaiian flowers. Martin & McArthur is also a great shop.
We love Maui and plan to come several times a year. Soon I will contact
you about Tahiti. We were thinking this winter. I will talk to you next
week.
Aloha from the beautiful state of California.

Our vacation was the best ever !! Thank you so much for ALL your help.
Let me tell you about our experience. Nanuya Island Resort was a great
location, and the staff are wonderful.
The beach front was amazing, so quiet and TRANQUIL just like their flyer
says. Our bure was small and cute, and it had the necessities we need.
The food was to die for, I ate stuff I would never eat at home. We made
some friends and we want to go back next year. I'll call you with the
details. We will want to stay at Nanuya Island Resort and at Dive Kadavu
Resort. Please include the transfers and insurance. Lance the owner
of Nanuya resort had mentioned that next year, he'll start a boat service

If that is available - we'll do that.

| Hello
Sue,
We finally have a chance to get back to you on how our trip to Qamea
went. Let us just start by saying what a beautiful and enchanting place
Qamea truly is. We could not have asked for a better location to make
our tenth wedding anniversary more special than this was. Coming from
Las Vegas where it is 110 degrees in the summer and going to Fiji where
it is mid 70's to low 80's was a bit of a shock. Molly needed a little
more than a bikini to stay comfortable especially since it did unfortunately
rain a good portion of our trip. The locals told us their summer months
are Dec, Jan, and Feb..
Next time we are flying first class all the way, no questions asked.
We have friends who just recently flew Air New Zealand and could not
say enough good things about them as well.
The staff, accomodations, and food were all amazing. We were truly impressed
with Qamea itself, and the staff was phenomenal.
Finally, a few tips for future Qamea travelers. They do not offer you
regular food, so if you feel like chips and salsa or a pizza or a hamburger
you are not going to get it.
We hope these tips are helpful for you in helping others plan special
vacations like this. Thank you.
Sincerely,
J. Moses

| Melissa
and Lori,
Adam and I had a GREAT honeymoon at Tokoriki!
I noticed it is usually not one of the featured resorts on the Fiji
e-mails you send out, but it should be! Everything there was fabulous
(great food - we ate kokoda every night) and exactly as expected, or
in many cases, much better. The Sunset Pool Honeymoon Bure was defintely
worth the extra cost. The only minor thing that was not as described
was that the massage for two that we had booked as part of our romance
package was described as being "in room" - we had to go to
the massage bure, as they only had one portable table, but as I said,
that was very minor.
All of our transfers went as expected, and the Rosies personnel were
very friendly and were on time. Raffles Gateway Hotel left something
to be desired, but we realized that we were only there for a few hours,
and due to its proximity to the airport, that is probably the most convenient
option. We did not book our air travel through you (we booked business
class on Air New Zealand using miles), but our flight was excellent.

| Dear
Sue,
My whole family had a fabulous time in Italy!
We wanted to thank you for all the attention to detail, that really
made the trip exceptional. All of the sidetrips were well worth the
money, from the very first private water taxi ride in Venice, to the
tour of the Vatican. Our tour guide in Venice (San Marco) was amazing.
The guides in Lucca and Rome (Vatican) were also wonderful, and knowledgeable;
even the tour driver to Lucca/Pisa was fun and helpful. Thank you for
suggesting Lucca. It was a real highlight we did not have in our original
plans. The hotels were beyond our dreams! The location of each was near
the heart of its city. The Luna Baglioni, Venice was lovely, immediately
on a canal, 2 blocks from the Piazza San Marco, 1 block from Harry’s
Bar – we walked to the waterfront every night for dinner or a
gelato. The Hotel Savoy in Florence was the best service we have received
anywhere in the world, and we had a view of the Duomo from our window.
The hotel was able to give us adjoining rooms with a shared entrance.
They kept our reservation when we were delayed overnight in Venice by
the train strike, so that we could check in early the next morning.
(Florence was my favorite city, despite the mopeds. The Museo dell’Opera
and the Uffizi museum were unbelievable). The Regina Baglioni in Rome
was near the Villa Borghese, where the museum had startlingly beautiful
sculpture and marble, while the included breakfast was outstanding.
The room was large, a suite really. Your suggestion to upgrade the Eurail
tickets was a good one, confirmed seats spared us the struggle with
luggage and finding seats together for 4 people. So, all in all we were
very pleased with the arrangements; even the airline seats worked out
well. Thank you again,
Sonya

Joanne,
Well, sorry I haven't e-mailed you sooner, but we're finally getting
settled from our amazing honeymoon and I wanted to send you an e-mail
regarding our thoughts on the hotels and activities we did while in
Hawaii
that you helped us book. I tried to be as honest as possible, so I hope
this helps!
The Fairmont Mission Inn in Sonoma, CA - They upgraded us to one of
the "Mission Suites" with a fireplace. What a way to start
off our honeymoon!!! The service at this hotel was exceptional, and
if we eventually plan to return to Sonoma in the future, we will definitely
stay at the Fairmont again. The valet personell were very fast and courteous!
The
Halekulani - Oahu, HI - Our room was very nice. We were given a
bottle of champagne the first night of our stay here for our honeymoon.
It was a nice hotel. While in Oahu, we did enjoy the dolpin encounter
at Dolphin Quest at the Kahala Mandarin.
The
Four Seasons Resort in Maui - Incredible Hotel!
The inside of our room was gorgeous. We were given strawberries with
chocolate fondue and champagne the first night here, congratulating
us on our honeymoon. That was very nice. All of the staff here were
excellent. Everything about this hotel was 5-star! The concierge at
this hotel was fantastic, her name was Joy. We wanted to go horseback
riding, she recommended and booked us at Makena Stables, so we did the
2-1/2 hour morning ride, it was fantastic, and the views were breath-taking!
We also wanted to rent jet-ski's, she recommended and booked us at Pacific
Jet Sports, we each had our own Jet ski for an hour, we had a blast!
And Joanne, you booked us at the Feast
at Lele for our luau, we had a front row seat, we had a great time!!
The luau was great. We also saw a celebrity there, Gary Sinise and his
family were seated right near us.
Maui was a beautiful island, we had a fantastic time here and can't
wait to return. We would definitely stay at the Four Seasons again.
We did so many other things while on our honeymoon that I left out,
but don't want to write an entire book. Plus, I need to get back to
work anyways, haha! Joanna, Christina and I both want to thank you for
your help with booking our honeymoon, which was unforgettable! We had
an amazing time! Thanks again for all your help Joanne, we'll definitely
think of you when planning our next big trip (we're thinking on Tahiti
or maybe even Fiji in the upcoming year or so.........we'll be in touch!)

Hiapo!!!
Just a quick note to thank you for all your recommendations related
to Fiji. Every
thing met and exceeded our expectations. The seaplane was a fabulous
way to arrive and depart Malalo Island. We were the envy of everyone
at the resort.
First week at Walu Beach Resort was the perfect mid range family resort.
Lodging, food and service was excellent. Far more attractive than the
nearby more expensive Malalo Island Resort. Weather was perfect.
Fabulous snorkeling, scuba, sailing, My 17 year old enjoyed the scuba
so much the second day, he went ahead and got certified and went diving
almost every day for the remaining two weeks. My 15 year old and I spent
hours snorkeling and sailing. My wife got one terrific tan.
The second week at the more upscale Koro Sun Resort was very tropical.
Rain forest hikes, spa, massages, villages, water fall swimming, great
food and service.
Fiji was as beautiful and friendly a place as you could ever hope to
visit. I can see why people go back, I know we will.
Our compliments to your agency. The follow up phone calls making sure
we got all our documents and a final call wishing us a wonderful vacation
was a very nice touch.

| Hi
Cindy,
I just wanted to say Thank you so much for recommending Namale
Resort. We had a fabulous honeymoon! The place was so amazing. We
were upgraded to the Honeymoon suite for the entire time since it was
available. Luckily you booked it for the honeymoon suite the last 4
days otherwise we probably wouldn't have been upgraded because when
we got there, the place wasn't nearly to full capacity but when we left
it was full. Everyone was so super nice in Fiji and especially at Namale.
I was a little nervous about being lost once we got to each destination
spot but everyone was right there directing us exactly where to go and
what to do. It was really a first class vacation and we had a great
time!
Also for your information when sending people here, the service and
the resort and the atmosphere are so top of the line and first class
but the food and alcohol should have been better for the $$. The dive
team was very nice and ultra safe.
The diving was very good there but it would have been nice to be taken
to the highly recommended Nemana area . Other than that we truly had
a spectacular honeymoon and are very happy with our decision to book
this resort and with you specifically and I would recommend your services
to others should anyone ask about traveling.
Thank you again for all your work on making this a great honeymoon destination
and also to go soooo smoothly was fantastic. As soon as I see some pictures,
I will forward a couple to you. They are on digital camera and my husband

was so beautiful and relaxing. We both liked the pace of Maui over Oahu.
We enjoyed a sail boat cruise into the sunset, snorkeling and the zip
line tour and exploring maui and all of it's beauty in our rented convertible.
We liked the seclusion of the Maui Prince hotel. I am not sure when
we will make the trip again but for sure it won't be soon enough!
Thank you for all of your help and helping make our honeymoon so special.

| Dear
Vanessa,
Belize was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
We honestly had the most unbelievable wedding - and we got soooooooooo
lucky with the weather - it was perfect! We got married at Victoria
House on Ambergris Caye - it is the most wonderful and beautiful place
with impeccable service and staff. Ambergris Caye is more developed
than Placencia - however, I have heard wonderful things about Turtle
Inn (they don't do weddings - we checked!) Victoria House is a property
I would highly recommend - it is the only place to stay on Ambergris!
We'll have pictures soon - we'll forward them to you!
Puerto Rico was nice - old San Juan is really our style....cool lounges
and restaurants were everywhere. The Water Club was what we expected
- nice and modern, but not a place you'd stay at for any lenght of time.
Definately not a place for families, but great for a quick stay. We
loved the ambience (the water walls are sooooo cool) and the bar/lounge
on the roof was really neat. But the room was small and could have used
a new coat of paint - not a big deal to us though. Their restaurant,
Tangerine, was great - I'd really recommend it.
But Cap Juluca was the HIGHLIGHT OF THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE! Andy and
I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay there......the service
was fabulous, the food was amazing (our favorite restaurant was Pimm's
- the view is unbelievable.) It is a beautiful resort - we are so grateful
to you!!!!! The pool suite was awesome - everything they said it should
be. It was nice to have for our honeymoon...but, he and I agreed that
the Junior suite was just as nice. You can honestly recommend this place
to your clients and know that they are going to get top notch service
and beautiful accommodations. Just FYI, we also visited a few other
resorts, cities and restaurants during our stay on Anguilla. We consider
ourselves well traveled and have a high level of expectations of our
experiences - so, here were our thoughts on the island.....
1. Cap Juluca was by far, the nicest!!!! We were so glad that we stayed
there! Encourage clients to take advantage of the "in-room dining"
- what an awesome experience.
2. We also liked Malliouhana (sp?) - the spa there was amazing and the
food and view at the restaurant was awesome! It is great to go there
during the low season - we had the place to ourselves for the day!!!!
We even thought we would have been happy staying there as well.....
3. Cuisinart was not impressive at all....we ate at the restaurant,
Santorini, and thought it was unimpressive and so is the resort - it
feels like you are at the Marriott! Maybe folks with a family would
like it - but if you are looking for privacy and class - Cap is the
place....
4. Several restaurants we'd highly recommend: Oliver's was great, Blanchards
was also very cute - but overall, Pimm's at Cap was the best!!!!
5. I would discourage clients from visiting St. Maarten - it was a terrible
experience. It is very expensive to get there - round trip cost over
$100 after the water taxi, departure tax and taxi to the other side
of the island. St. Martin looked okay - it had nice shopping. But the
Dutch side is risky, dirty etc. We decided that we shouldn't have even
wasted the time to get there - we should have just stayed in Anguilla!
We met another young couple honeymooning at Cap and they said the same
thing about that island....
6. The beach at Cap is just as nice as any other on the island - but
it was fun to check out other parts of the island. Shoal Bay was cute.....
7. Many people on travelocity complained about the cost of food etc.
and they are all correct - it is expensive. But nearly all of our dining
experiences were worth the money!!!
Honestly, our honeymoon went so smoothly and was the best trip we've
ever taken! We are so very grateful to you for your help! Please let
us know if there is anything you need from us or anything we can do
for you in the future! Feel free to give our our email addresses to
any potential clients for recommendations!
Our deepest gratitude for a wonderful experience!

~ Fiji ~ |
| Lori,
Fiji was wonderful. Everything I could have hoped for and more. We did
have some complications though. Meredith's ears got blocked in Yasawa
and we had to go to the doctor in Nadi to have them cleared which was
an experience.
We both enjoyed Wadigi
and will definately return. The main draw there was the privacy and
food. Yasawa was a much better example I think of Fiji though. It had
more culture and an absolutely beautiful beach. However, the food was
a definate step back from Wadigi. The chefs at Yasawa tried very hard
to make an excellent presentation, in which they did, but the taste
was a little bland in comparison.
We also enjoyed dining with Jim and Tracey, who are very kind people.
When we arrived at Yasawa,
Garth was there to meet us and introduce us to his resort. We ended
up dining with Garth and his wife Maggie also. Garth and his entire
staff could not have been more accommodating, they were excellent and
willing to do anything for us. It was Joselyn, Garth's manager when
he's not there who got Meredith into see the doctor and arranged transportation
for us.
I must say that I have no complaints and I truly do appreciate all your
extraordinary efforts to make our vision a reality. I never told Meredith,
nor anyone else where it was that we were going, until we got to LA.
She could not have been more pleased. I will certainly be calling upon
your knowledge in the future. There are many more beautiful places in
the world that Meredith would like to see and I know that you will set
us straight.
Thanks again and I will talk to you soon. Meredith has all the pictures,
I will send you some.
Take good care,

~ Alabama ~ |
| Hi
Joanne,
Just wanted to say thank you for your help in arranging for our trip
to Alabama, and for your advice about what to do when American switched
planes and split up our seats. It was a little dicey because the flight
was so full, but the guy at the American counter was finally able to
rearrange things so we could sit near our kids.
Space Camp was terrific, by the way. My daughter and her friend really
enjoyed themselves and they did a lot of neat stuff -- science experiments,
astronaut training, simulated missions, etc.
She told me that some of the other kids got pretty homesick -- one of
them had to be picked up by her parents half-way through the week --
but I never heard from my daughter all week. I don't think she missed
us at all.
In the meanwhile, the rest of us spent the week checking out the area
attractions -- a cavern with awesome stalactites and stalagmites, huge
botanical garden with water playgrounds, interactive science museum
for kids, Alabama history museum for kids, an outdoor living museum,
the space and rocket museum, etc.
Have a great day, thanks.

| Hi
Julie,
Just wanted to let you know that Tom and I had a wonderful vacation
in Hawaii.
All your arrangements worked out perfectly. You are correct, the Halekulani
Hotel is wonderful. The Hyatt
Regency Maui was of course lovely with gorgeous greenery and flowers,
but the service at the Halekulani was definitely above and beyond normal
expectations. The staff were amazingly helpful without being intrusive
and the hotel itself is beautiful. Thank you also for the welcome gifts
you provided at each hotel. That was a nice surprise!
We truly appreciate your efforts and will definitely ask for your services
again when we vacation anywhere in the Pacific.

Lori!
Our honeymoon was fantastic! The Island was beautiful, just what I was
looking for. Jayne, Clint and Beato wre very warm and welcoming. And
the food! It was pampering all around. Pam and I did all the stuff -
kayak, dive, snorkel, went to Storm Island, saw the bats, went to the
village. The diving was great, but you might want to recommend to people
to bring their own equipment if they can. The price of diving did not
include the rentals, as I found out when we receive our invoice at the
end of the vacation. Of course people cannot bring tanks and weights,
so perhaps check with Jayne as to what she would charge to rent just
those pieces. But overall, it was a small price to pay for such a great
honeymoon. I'm including a few pictures I took while there. One is of
Pam handing out some candy and pencils to some village children. It
was your idea to bring them those things, so I thought it only proper
to show your ideas at work. I'm recommending Fiji to all my friends
and will definitely pass your name along. I'm happy to send some more
if you like.
We loved our honeymoon Lori. Pam said it was perfect.

Melissa,
The trip was a wonderful experience for my entire family. We had a great
time. We especially enjoyed the island of Maui.
It is definitely a place I would like visit again some day. Vanessa
did a great job setting up all the details for the trip. The only blip
we experienced was our original room they took us to at the Hyatt
Regency on Maui had a roof that blocked the view from the balcony
and made the room very dark. We talked to the front desk and they moved
us immediately!
We enjoyed all the activities that Brenda
arranged for us in advance and didn’t run into any problems. Thanks
to you and your staff for making our vacation a very memorable experience.

Melissa,
Hiapo
did a wonderful job. He was pleasant, patient, informative, and excellent
at his job. I called him and told him, I'll be calling him when I am
ready to go again. Two years ago I booked a honeymoon through your agency
with Jennifer.
She also did a great job. Your agency really knows what they are doing.
United Airlines was great. It was the first time I ever flew on United.
If their price is competitive, I would choose them above the other airlines.
The Kiahuna
Outrigger Plantation was absolutely gorgeous. We were in building
32 # 204. It was really nicely decorated and had a very welcoming feeling.
The hot water heater was not working the first day we arrived. It was
fixed the next day. We managed! I would like to go to Kauai again. If
I do, I would like to try and get the same condo.
The 4 x 4 movie tour was great. (Hawaii
Movie Tours) My family and I highly recommend it. We also did tours
on the Catamaran Kuhana, the anini garden on the north side of the island,
and the Smith's
luau. We were happy with all of these also. We drove up and viewed
the canyon and the Napili coast. It was breath taking. Kauai is the
closest thing I have ever seen to Paradise. If there are any really
good deals next year, we may consider Hawaii
again then. More than likely we may have to wait and go in two years.
Thanks for everything!!!

| Good
morning Mimi!
I wanted to let you know all about our honeymoon.
It was wonderful!!! Moorea is the most beautiful place I have ever seen.
The Moorea Pearl Resort was top notch, and very convenient to great
restaurants and shopping. Our overwater bungalow was perfect - very
peaceful and private.
We did many excursions while we were there. The shark and ray feeding
motu was great, as was the 4x4 jeep safari. We also visited the Dolphin
Quest at the Intercontinental and swam with dolphins. We also rented
a car for a full day and drove the island. Two days we rented scooters,
which was very convenient.
The Polynesian people were some of the friendliest I have encountered.
Very polite. Although, I was shocked at how expensive things were. We
did some shopping at the grocery market and things we take for granted
in the states were triple the cost.
One regret though - I wish we would have stayed at other islands. Specifically
the main island and Bora Bora. By the last part of the week, we had
seen most of Moorea and ran out of things to do. I would definitely
recommend island hopping to future guests. But, it was still wonderful!
Thanks again for your help. Happy Vacations was very helpful getting
in and out of the island, and the experience went off without a hitch.

| Lori,
Our trip to Fiji was great. I do not have enough great things to say
about Royal
Davui. The staff was great and it is a vacation that I will compare
all vacations too. I was able to meet the owners of the resort as well,
and they made me feel more like guests than a paying client. I would
not hesitate to recommend the resort to anyone. I have a lot more great
things to say about the resort and if you ever want to use me as a recommendation
let me know. Furthermore, the room was incredible, the only thing I
would change is I would make the plunge pool have the ability to be
used as a Jacuzzi as it was a little cold to be usable with the slight
wind blowing. Lastly, the general managers where great to talk with.
I enjoyed talking with Ratu at the bar and thought his stories where
priceless. Some times when my wife was getting ready for dinner, I would
go down early so I could talk with him. Thanks for taking the time to
make a memorable 10th anniversary.

Michael and Meredith departed for the Yasawas yesterday and I thought
you would enjoy their comments in the guest book.
“ Our stay here was simply wonderful ! The people here are better
than perfect. The friendly smiles, welcoming arms, and gracious spirits
make you realise life. I thank everyone here and promise you we will
be back. Our boat trips were a blast, the meals beyond words, and the
accommodations couldn’t have been better. Waking up in Wadigi
Island is heaven on earth……looking out and seeing the waves
crashing and the blue sky! This experience has been amazing for Michael
and I , Thank you Jim and Tracey for making this place possible. We’re
saying our good byes, but Wadigi will forever stay with us. Our love
came alive here and will only grow stronger……All our love
to all of you….Meredith and Michael. “
Their last line really touched
my heart…..it was so nice to meet such a wonderful young couple.
Thanks for sending them to us……as James said it was worth
all the hassle getting the dates of the other booking changed to accommodate
two such lovely people.
Have a wonderful weekend,

When I decided to go to Fiji, I felt a little lost in the fact that
I had no idea where to go or how to get there. When I started looking
on the web it was overwhelming with all the places and things on there.
I found you guys and gave you a call. When I got to talk to Hiapo
it was like my trip was really happening. He was so friendly and he
new everything that I was looking for. He made sure that he booked us
into places where he new we would be happy and be able to surf and enjoy
our visit. I have still called Hiapo many times to bug him with questions
and he is always so good about answering everything or finding the answer
for me. I have told all my friends and family about Hiapo and how amazing
he is and I know that when we do our family trip that there is no one
else that I would use. Thank you so much for planning this trip for

~ Hawaii ~ |
| Dear
Mimi,
Thank you for all your advice on our trip to your beautiful state of
Hawaii.
You were so right to start with Oahu. We enjoyed our three nights there,
especially the day we spent at Pearl Harbor. We would recommend the
breakfast at the Waikiki
Parc. The hotel was clean and steps away from the beach. It was
just what we asked for...nothing luxurious at our first stop. We really
enjoyed hiking up Diamond Head. The inter-island flights were all excellent.
We even were able to go earlier from Oahu to Maui. The 6 nights at the
Maui
Prince were wonderful. This hotel was our just right place. The
room was HUGE and the view was spectacular!! We so appreciated your
gift. The service at the Prince was wonderful...people there were always
friendly. Eddie and I enjoyed the Road to Hana even though it took us
almost 12 hours in all. What fantastic sights! What a perfect place
to stay...not too fancy, but what great facilities. Our last 5 nights
at the Princeville
were spent in true luxury. The Princeville was perfect in every way.
We would highly recommend the restaurants which all have a fabulous
sunset view. Mimi...thank you for all your advice. All of our arrangements
went smoothly. We kept waiting for something to go wrong...never happened.
Our trip started with a busy city-like hotel and went to a lovely setting
in Maui and a perfect setting in Kauai. We totally enjoyed the 2 weeks
and intend to return to go to a Luau and a snorkel cruise. We'll let
you know when we are ready. Have a wonderful rest of the summer.

| Aloha!
Thank-you for welcoming us home! So sad to have to leave such a beautiful
place, but, we have to get back to reality SOMEtime!!! Overall, our
experience with your agency was a good one. Everything worked out as
planned, some better than others. As McGarrett once said on the show
'Hawaii Five-O' "Any flight to Hawaii
is a good flight"!!! How true!!! The flight itself went smoothly.
No problems there whatsoever! I will always deal with Dollar Rental
from now on! It was a breeze! No one waiting in line & the guy upgraded
me to one specific car & then surprised me by upgrading me to a
Chrysler 300! I had asked him what types of vehicles they provided &
we got to talking & I told him I loved the Chrysler 300 & he
upgraded me to that! I thought that was very nice of him & what
made it nicer was that he didn't have to do it! He also asked if my
daughter & I wanted to be added on as drivers & he said he would
waive the daily fee for that! Again-how nice of him! That aloha spirit
really shone thru! We were done in a flash & on our way! Our upgrade
to the Deluxe Oceanview room was nice.
The stay at the hotel, the car & the flight was great! Hilton Hawaiian
Village is an awesome place to stay & it is so beautiful! We would
stay there again if we ever go back. Everyone at the hotel was so nice.
We loved Bali By The Sea! GREAT service! That is where we used our daughters'
dining credit. Our daughter had a wonderful time & we are so glad
we could go back & show her everything we love about the island
& feel so fortunate that we can do that! In a nutshell-everything
went smoothly & there were no real problems. Just little things
that probably don't amount to much. We did get our pictures taken. We
scheduled a photo session with alohafriends.com & it was so great!
Great memories! The last time we had family portraits taken was when
our daughter was 8! She is now 26! Even though these weren't 'portraits',
they are still very important! Again, thanx so much for your help &
expertise in arranging everything for us. We will surely think of you
next time(and there WILL be a next time!!!) we plan a visit to the islands!
Next time-Maui!
Aloha & Mahalo! Shaka!!!
Cindy &Dickey R. (Cameron, MO)
PS-If you ever start taking your paradise for granted, think of this:
When we stepped outside of the airport back home in Kansas City, Missouri,
I thought I was going to DIE! It was 101 degrees! Thaaaaaaaaaat's right-101!!!
Our humidity is thru the roof sometimes! Our heat index was something
like 110-115! So, it just feels like you are walking into a blast furnace!
No trade winds here to cool ya down, baby! When it is hot here &
the breeze(oh, yeah. We have a breeze.)blows-it is just hot air blowing.
I just wanted to turn around & go back! So, if ya ever want me to
feel sorry for ya-just think of ME IN GOOD OLD MIZERY-er, Missouri!
LOL! Aloha!

| Aloha,
Vanessa!
Please forgive the belated nature of this thank you note. My excuse
is that Jim and I came down with a horrible flu immediately upon arriving
back home. Just recovering now.
You are an awesome travel agent! All my hopes and dreams about our Hawaii
trip were realized, thanks to you. Our room at the Sheraton Moana Surfrider
was elegant, the hotel was beautiful, and the view from the balcony
was perfect - surfers filling the ocean off Waikiki Beach at 6 a.m.
Absolutely great! Our accommodations at Kapalua were great, too. Another
fabulous view, and the price was very reasonable for such a large unit.
We were quite comfortable there.
Now, Kaua'i -- that's a true paradise! And your recommendation of Hanalei
Bay Resort was right on track. What an unbelievable view from our balcony.
We loved the location of the resort and the beautiful grounds, and amazing
pool.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. When, and if, we scrape the money together
(might be years from now) to go to Bora Bora, we'll call you for sure!
All the best to you,

~ Tahiti ~ |
| Hello
McCoy Travel and Vanessa!
We had a fabulous time on our Tahitian vacation. We went to Manihi,
Bora Bora and Ta'haa. We were in Manihi for 5 nights because of the
flight schedules, and that was a bit too long. Since we were with our
children, we would have liked more time at either Bora Bora or Ta'haa.
Some comments re: Manihi: the staff was absolutely wonderful, and were
able to cater to our every need. For example, on the first full day,
we went diving, and the hotel was able to find a babysitter for our
two younger kids immediately. The diving staff was great, and worked
really well with our son, who at age 13 was doing his first dives beyond
his class. We were able to book dives at a moment's notice, and felt
quite safe.
Bora Bora was great. Everyone was very nice to our kids (who were the
only ones at the resort), and we were able to plan lots of activities.
Our favorite island for everyone was Ta'haa. The staff bent over backwards
to take care of us. One MUST for this resort...dinner off the resort
at Chez Louise (a local restaurant recommended by the hotel). We had
dinner there two of our four nights. Another must for a romantic dinner...the
gourmet restaurant at the resort, which is only open a few nights each
week.
All of the transfers went well, and our trip was simple from the time
we left L.A.
Bottom line, we had the best vacation, and would definitely go to Tahiti
or some other destination with your company.

| Dear
Melissa,
Lori
Evans tells me you have great legs. What you have that’s great
is – Lori!! I found Lori by accident; talk about ‘serendipity.’
Last winter, while searching for Fiji diving help, I stumbled [literally]
upon your website. I wrote a stupid letter asking for some information
[some of which I already had] and Lori wrote back the next day [on your
behalf, of course]. Thus became a friendship which has persisted to
this very day [or, almost to this very day as the Securities and Exchange
Commission has become my new best friend – but I digress]. We
knew about the Nai’a but it was not available when we were. Lori
made a phone call and then it was [with a little of your help, too,
I suppose]. Now Mike, Joeli, Alexx, Todd, Jonathan, Josh and Liz are
our friends, too, not to mention Daniel at Air Pacific and all the rest
of the crew. The first of our group signed up in December, the last
a week before we left [we are nothing if not non-committal]. Lori, with
some pinch hitting from Ron, stayed with this project as if she had
no life.
Always available by telephone, e-mail, FedEx and carrier pigeon, Lori
was completely responsive and responsible. Her attention to detail is
second only to my own [which, by the way, is all I do well]. I know
her life story and she knows mine [and that’s saying something
as mine is pretty dull and she listened to it all]. Lori embellished
her sensational and professional service with some pretty hefty discounts,
too, for which the group and the SEC are mighty grateful. I’m
glad to see that you are expanding your turf to Costa Rica, Africa,
Pluto and Mars because if Susan and I ever get to take another trip,
Lori will be our first call. In the meantime, I just want you to know
that you have a real gem in Lori Evans. If there’s anything left
after all those discounts, put a little something extra in her envelope
– she is well worth it!
On behalf of the 15 intrepid scuba divers who made this trip, thanks
to you, Nai’a, Air Pacific, Raffles, First Landing, the Parking
Spot at LAX and especially to Lori Evans – we had a super time.
Warmest regards,
Andi M. (Westlake Village,. CA)

Minerva,
We had a great time in Fiji. Rosies was helpful in getting us where
we needed to go when we got there. When it was time to leave they were
right on time even though the boat was late. They took us on tour of
Nadi and then took us to our hotel room.
Tokoriki
was beautiful as well as the people on the resort. It was fantastic.
When they say you leave as a friend, you truly feel as though you are
leaving your friends behind. We made many friends on the island. It
was a great experience.
Thank you for asking.

| Aloha,
Melissa,
Well the children and myself had a spectacular time! It just wasn’t
long enough! I had found your agency through a Bridal Magazine and even
though we have traveled to the islands numerous times, the service I
received from McCoy Travel was outstanding. We wouldn’t consider
going to another agency. The Flights were great..(next time though we’re
going to plan it so we can go to Kauai direct) seating great! Accommodations
fantastic! They were better than I expected. We had the bedroom &
bath for the children upstairs and bed/bath for Will and I downstairs.
And we had access to the pool, which we thought wasn’t going to
be possible. I would definitely stay at Princeville again! Since we
were getting married there, having ‘hassle-free’ travel
& accommodations made it that much nicer! Thanks so much!
Mahalo!

| Hi
Mimi,
Sorry for the delay in my report. The vacation was beyond what I ever
could have expected. My job is very stressful and I have never been
able to "leave it all behind" until now. I can honestly say
that I didn't even think of home, with the exception of my dog, the
entire time I was on the island. I not only went on vacation to celebrate
my 5 years of marriage but also for de stressing, which was long overdue
according to my husband. The four of us kept discussing how there wasn't
one thing we did that was disappointing. Well, except for IHOP. I don't
recommend the breakfast there. We had a great time snorkeling, the crew
on the boat was so much fun! The Marriott luau was very nice as well
as the dinner cruise. We did get up to see the sunrise at Haleakala.
I'm glad I knew in advance how cold it was going to be, but the view
was life changing. It is definitely worth the long drive. Finally our
condo....Mimi you did a fabulous job. Not only did we LOVE our room
and the views, but we actually spent a few nights just hanging out there
playing cards and listening to the ocean. I now dream of the days where
I will once again be able to start my day viewing the sunrise over the
water and ending it in the same spot watching it disappear into the
same beautiful water. Thanks so much for all you did to make this trip
my most memorable and peaceful:)
Aloha!

| Hi
Julie,
We wanted to say "thank you" very much for helping us with
all of the travel arrangements in our last vacation to Maui. The hotel
was SUPERB! The Grand
Wailea indeed has everything you can ask for, luxury, comfort, convenience,
excellent service and a clean beach. The rental car, United Airlines,
and everything was just perfect. Thank you again for your assistance
in making our vacation an unforgettable experience. While we find other
beaches around the world to be much more beautiful than those of Hawaii,
such as Cancun, Bali, and the Caribbean, we still find Hawaii to be
a wonderful experience. I am referring a family to you who would like
to come to Maui and would like for you to arrange all travel needs for
this family while in Maui. Thank you for helping them. Okay Julie, we
miss Maui very much, we'll come back some day soon. Please take good
care of yourself and thank you again for making this vacation so especial
to the four of us.
May God bless you,
Sincerely,
Abraham A. (Las Vegas, NV)

| Hi
Mimi,
Well our trip overall was great. The Royal Kahana was perfect, the room
had a fantastic view, I would recommend it to anyone. The luau was good,
a bit hard to see (we ended up in the back) but the food was super.
We did visit Haleakala for the sunrise, it was like being in Heaven
:-) Kevin and I drove through Hana to get to Kipahulu to get to Maui
stables, which I really highly recommend. The stables are nice, the
horses well kept, the ride has a great view and the guides couldn't
be beat, they knew a ton about Hawaiian history and culture, it was
great to learn for a native person (probably our favorite part of the
trip)!!!! The snorkel cruise was fun, our crew was young and friendly,
but there is better snorkeling at Kapalua, more fish, but no turtles.
Overall the experience was great and we would (will) do it again. The
only negative was the flights. The flight out of Maui heading us home
was delayed 5 hours into Maui, cause us to sit at the airport 7 hours,
miss our connecting flight, and we had to fly into JFK airport instead
of Newark so we could get home the same day. United was not helpful
and told us just to find something to do in LA for 16 hours while we
sat there, they would not comp us meals or anything!!!
Thanks for everything!!!

| Lori,
I was meaning to write you, the trip went off without a hitch. Thank
you very much for attending to the details, it made the trip that much
more relaxing. First of all I would like to report that First
Landing is wonderful, the garden villa is exceptional and the resort
is very friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they treated us
like family. Just about everyone knew our names and made sure we were
taken care of.
The Matei
Point house was also great, the location and grounds can not be
beat. The house and the caretakers are very nice, including the house
dog. It is not a typical vacation and some amenities are just not available.
This wasn't a problem as we have been to Fiji before so we were prepared.
We plan on going again, just not sure when. Thanks for all your help,
we could not have pulled this trip off without it.

Lori,
Sorry that I haven’t dropped you a line sooner – life gets
busy when you aren’t in paradise anymore! Thank you for your kind
wishes! Our experience surpassed our dreams!!! We cherished each perfect
moment as it unfolded, & will be thankful for the memories for the
rest of our lives! Our wedding day felt like a wonderful, magical ride!
When I first contacted you, I knew where I wanted to go – (Namale
– one of the best decisions of my life), but as I said before,
you made the planning process fun, giving me tidbits of things to look
forward to; you also helped with details like travel insurance and you
saved us money. By the way, Rob says it was the best money he ever spent!
Lori, everything was perfect – we wouldn’t change a thing.
Like Danielle said to me, Namale is something that has to be experienced,
and I know you have. For anyone reading this considering Namale
Resort & Spa as the setting for their wedding, honeymoon or
trip of a lifetime, Rob & I say BOOK NOW!!! At Namale, your hopes
for a special time will be transformed into a fragrant, joyful reality
that feels like a sweet, perfect dream. I would be sitting at the computer
writing all day if I tried to convey all the sights, special touches,
experiences & people that made our time so special, but I will touch
on a few.
Our bure was Totoka, and it was our decadent home base!! It was amazing,
perfect; complete with a personalized, carved wooden nameplate hanging
on the door to welcome us. Totoka is beside one of the pools & hot
tubs at the resort, and with so few guests it became an extension of
our bure (our pool & hot tub ) And flowers, flowers, flowers everywhere!!!
Flowers on the bed, and petals spelling out a welcome or forming a heart
– and when we walked in the door on our wedding night, they had
spelled out JUST MARRIED along with a huge heart with flower petals
on the beautiful hardwood floor!! Can you imagine!
How does breakfast at waterfall in the rainforest sound? Horseback ride
to the top of a mountain? Picnics of lobster tails, and dinners on private,
torch lit decks overlooking the ocean … at Namale, experiences
like this are only the beginning. One of our favorite memories is meeting
some of the wonderful children of Naidi village after we went to church
on Sunday.
And the wedding day, OH the wedding day!!! A wonderful, magical ride
is what it felt like J What everyone at Namale created for our wedding
day went way above & beyond what any bride and groom could dream
of. The people who live and work at Namale aren’t ‘staff’,
they were like family who were eager and excited to share in the joy
and make everything special and perfect … and it was, VINAKA it
was!!!
About an hour before our ceremony was to begin, Rob was whisked away
to the ‘dream house’, where I learned later he went swimming
and had his last beer as a free man! This hour before my wedding that
was about to pass was incredibly special and I will treasure it always;
it set the magical, joyful tone for everything that was about to unfold!
Danielle (one of the managers of the resort along with her fiancé
Mark) and Lori (the spa manager) arrived with fresh flowers to do my
hair and to help me get ready. Then we hear a sweet ‘hello!’,
and it’s Kristi our ‘neighbor’ from the bure next
to us (she and her love, Kirby, were pronounced man and wife at Namale
a few days before). She has brought me a wedding gift of a beautiful
negligee and stays to help create and share in the beautiful atmosphere
of anticipation and happiness. Then, my bridal bouquet is presented.
Well, I’ll leave this description to the picture! What I want
to convey, is that hour before my wedding that I spent with Danielle,
Lori and Kristi as they helped me get ready was so real and full of
love. These were not services provided (need proof: there was no charge
for doing my hair or my amazing bridal bouquet) this was family and
friends!!!
I am forever thankful!
We were married on the Walu deck, and I will never forget the look of
love in Rob’s eyes. The way they decorated was breathtaking –
red ginger and palms and flower petals! When I watch the video and hear
the Fijian choir singing hymns it still gives me chills! (Danielle took
the incredible pictures of the ceremony with our camera and Lori captured
the choir and me walking down the aisle on video with our camera. Vinaka
Vaka Levu!!! (We had the photographer as well, but I haven’t got
those developed yet). Danielle was one of our witnesses along with Lino,
a great guy from the resort with a wonderful spirit. Three couples that
we had become friendly with at the resort took time to come and share
in our special day!
We had Kokoda (a traditional Fijian dish for special occasions) as the
appetizer for our wedding dinner. I was actually able to replicate the
dish here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada – I made it to celebrate
our 1 month wedding anniversary just the other day (corny, I know, but
aren’t newlyweds supposed to get away with that sort of thing?
We did the occasion up Namale style, i.e. lots of flowers!!!!
Well, Lori I better quit now!
I hope you are well, and let me know about your trip and the wedding
at Namale that you attended!
A very happy & thankful,
Mr. and Mrs. Rob J. (Alberta, Canada) |

Melissa,
The Kahala Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Oahu was the best. Several restaurants
there, the Dolphin experience is great, private beach, fantastic service
and the rooms and bathrooms are great. The Polynesian cultural center
was great as was Pearl Harbor. But the thing that impressed me the most
about your service was the extraordinary help given by Mimi
when our rental vehicle got a flat tire. She was instrumental in us
getting a replacement in the most timely and safe manner.
For your Big Island clients I highly recommend the Blue Helicopter Fire
and Water tour. It is great.
Thanks for all the help with the trip.

Julie,
Everything went beautifully! Leo and you did a great job - Thanks for
a great honeymoon.
Actually, there are no complaints - things were well organized and the
resort folks took great care of us. I agree, we thoroughly enjoyed Moorea!
Of course, I told Leo, the new rule is -- over 4 hours of travel - I
want Business class or First class, our time is worth that!!! So keep
that in mind for our profiles!! - Mary Lou -
Hello Julie,
We had a great time in Tahiti. We actually enjoyed Moorea more than
we did Bora Bora. Everything went very smooth. I was waiting for a hassle
and it just was not there. Very well coordinated. We may be looking
to go to Belize next year. Would you have anything on that? Maybe multi
family or a single family plan.
Thanks!! - Leo

| Bula,
First Id like to thank Cindy
for planning such a wonderful wedding/honeymoon destination for us.
We couldn't have picked a more perfect, intimate, romantic place to
be. We had not one problem traveling to and from. Rosies was great.
Matamanoa is just awesome, what a beautiful island. I would recommend
Matamanoa to anyone, especially weddingmooners. The staff were some
of the nicest people we have ever met. We made sure we went to the village
to see where most of them lived.
Our bure was great. When we checked in we had #7 and we had requested
a higher bure # because of the sunsets and the staff moved us immediately.
I would definitely recommend a higher number bure we had # 20 and it
was perfect. The most incredible sunsets we have ever seen. Peter the
wedding coordinator was wonderful. He got together with us the second
we arrived to the island to go over our wedding plans. We had the most
amazing wedding on the beach. The day of our wedding the weather was
great, but very windy. We actually moved our wedding time up because
the afternoons the wind picks up so, but that day it was windy all day.
Our weather wasn't the greatest the week we went, we had some very cloudy
days the last day it rained all day. But we were happy to be there and
the staff made the best of every day for us all. The service was incredible.
Thank you for helping us plan exactly what we have dreamed of. We already
know we want to go to Tahiti next year.
Thanks again,

| Dear
McCoy Travel,
Everything went great! Not only did Mike
provide excellent service, he got us a steal on the Air Pacific tickets
and the Sun Air island hopper was cheaper than catching a taxi and the
ferry to Malolo LaiLai. Both airlines ran on time and provided efficient
service. For your own info, I was more than pleased with Malolo LaiLai
Lagoon Resort Club. This resort is at the end of the island, far enough
from Musket Cove to enjoy tranquility, but close enough to access the
amenities, with large self contained bures along a great beach. Our
last four nights were spent on the Coral Coast at Tubakula Beach Bungalows
just down the beach from the Outrigger. The roadside bungalows probably
had too much traffic noise, but the grounds are spacious and the beachfront
bungalows were quiet and sitting on a great stretch of sand. They are
A frame style with a loft, kitchen, sleeps five and are a deal for beachfront...
Thanks again and we will send our friends your way,
Sincerely Laine P. (La Jolla, CA) |

| Hello
Melissa,
We had an awesome time in Moorea, thanks to Vanessa,
who booked us a trip of a lifetime. Our trip was from May 18 -27 to
celebrate our joint graduation from college and our eighth wedding anniversary.
However, we felt like we were on our honeymoon!
Our transfers went very smoothly from Tahiti to Moorea. The island is
just breathtaking. Our accommodations at Sheraton
Lagoon Resort were nothing short of fabulous. The rooms were clean,
the views stunning. Every morning we would watch the sunrise, and every
evening the full moon over paradise. The tropical fish right at your
doorstep was another incredible experience. We truly enjoyed snorkeling
and feeding the fish. The food although expensive was delicious, and
we found that the lunch portions were generous enough to share. The
local beer, Hinano, is very good and cheap! We would recommend the 4x4
Island tour, and the shark feeding with the picnic on the Island. The
Tahitian village is worth it alone in food, and the entertainment outstanding,
especially with the ocean in the background. We received excellent service
at Island Fashion Black Pearls, and would highly recommend it to others.
We really appreciated all the effort Vanessa put into planning our trip,
especially with her family’s new arrival!! Thank you for helping
making every penny worth it! The only negative aspect of our trip was
the slight lay over in Tahiti. We were not very impressed at all with
the island. We rented a car to go around for a couple hours and were
surprised to see it so dirty. The only consolation was that the Sheraton
in Tahiti accommodated us so we could wash up and get a drink before
we headed back home to Ft. Lauderdale. The other draw back is that we
have no idea where to go next after Moorea. We can’t imagine anywhere
better. Thank you so much for making our dream vacation a reality.
Sincerely,
Dan and Melissa L. (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) |

~ Fiji ~ |
| Joanne,
What can I say? Fiji is the most beautiful place in the world. My face
lights up every time I think about our vacation. Everything was perfect
from the start of our vacation when we rented a car and spent the day
in Los Angeles. Other than getting a parking ticket in Santa Monica
(well worth the $35.00 fine as I was buying 2 new bathing suits), we
tired ourselves out and were asleep before our flight to Fiji took off.
The plane was not full, so they put Bruce and I in a row by ourselves.
Rosie's was right there to greet us after we cleared customs. I couldn't
believe it when they went over our itinerary and spilled the beans about
the Sky Deck on our cruise. What a fantastic surprise (even if a bit
premature)! It is so unlike Bruce to do special things like that and
especially keep it a secret. Rosie's got everything just right with
storing our golf clubs and then taking our extra suitcase after the
cruise.
The morning at Mercure was perfect. We had breakfast and then took a
taxi into Nadi where we checked out all the shops for souvenirs when
we returned the next week. My uncertainty about taking the cruise quickly
diminished when I saw our suite, the breath taking scenery and the warmth
of the Fijian crew. My only regret was to see how "Westernized"
Fiji has become in the five years since we first visited. There were
a few things that have gotten a bit touristy and it is sad to hear that
many villages are selling off pieces of their land to build resorts.
Our village visit was very different (from our last trip). The food
on the cruise was fabulous, especially the first night when we were
invited to sit at the captain's table for dinner. Captain Simi is the
best.
Rosie's was there waiting for us upon our return to Latouka and took
us to the airport to catch the helicopter to Matamanoa. The helicopter
ride is something that everyone should experience. Once again, the beauty
of the Mamanucas and coral reefs can never be described. Matamanoa was
the perfect place to relax after the slightly fast pace of the cruise
activities. The bure was perfect.
The South Seas cruise back to Denarau was just right. We saw several
of the islands up close and although a bit commercial, well worth the
experience. Once again, Rosie's was right there with our golf clubs
and extra suitcase. The Sheraton upgraded us to a villa and that was
beautiful, even without an ocean view. The food was good, but a bit
pricey. Bruce absolutely fell in love with the golf course, although
my golf game was pretty bad. We rented a car for two days, went shopping
and then drove to the Coral Coast on Monday. Stopped at the Outrigger,
that is a beautiful resort. Maybe next time! On Tuesday we golfed again,
shopped and then decided to drive to Latouka. A perfect day for our
last day in Fiji.
Rosie's changed our pick up time to take us to the airport, but it really
was not a big deal. They were supposed to pick us up at 7:05, but changed
it to 7:45. The time was fine and we had no problem at the airport.
So, this is my brief story of our trip. We had a vacation to remember
for many years to come. Bruce and I are interested in buying property
in Fiji and will pursue that as we have the time. Please contact us
if you have any questions or would like more details. You did a fantastic
job, thank you for everything.

the perfect resort for us.
It appears from your website that you also specialize in vacations to
Tahiti and Italy / Greece. These would be our choices for vacations
over the next 18 months to two years. We would like to do Greece and
Italy in the same trip (that was probably obvious). Any info that you
could provide regarding the best time of year to go and resort options
would be appreciated.
Also, we both fell in love with diving. I'm not sure what options are
available, but that is definitely something to keep in mind when choosing
resorts/locations.

| Aloha
Julie,
I hope your vacation was as exciting and fun filled as our stay in Maui
& Oahu! You did an excellent job in arranging our wedding-moon.
Delta Airlines was great, they were on time, coming and going. Aloha
Airlines was also on time and efficient. The Napili
Kai was everything I expected and more. However, I had no preconceptions
on the Resort
Quest Waikiki Beach but they surely set a standard. We stayed in
room 1401 and had an ocean view on our lanai and a view of Diamond head
just outside our door. They offered complimentary breakfast and coolers
to take breakfast to the beach!
There is one freaky elevator but it added an element of surprise to
our stay.
You were right, we should have done Oahu first. It was nice, but it
doesn't compare in any way to Maui!
Maui no ka oi, for sure. South
pacific kayakers were great, we saw turtles. We were supposed to
kayak Honolua Bay but the conditions dictated we do Lahaina off mile
marker 14. Pony
Express was awesome too.
Except that I didn't dress warm enough. I should have heeded your advice.
Trilogy
Excursions were truly amazing for the snorkeling, great service
and good food. I used up all my underwater film. They had cameras available
for purchase and they provided fish reef cards for use on board. However,
Richie was disappointed with the diving. It was only thirty feet and
he came up with 1800 in air. It was only a one tank dive and we thought
two tanks were the norm. If he wanted to do a second dive he had to
pay an extra $25.00. He was extremely disappointed in the diving. FYI
for future tech-type divers.
We did the surf lesson in Oahu and they took us to Barber's Point -
no rocks and no crowds, it was a local spot. It was great. Richie caught
several waves and I caught one on my last run. No pictures though to
prove, but I KNOW. I FELT it. It was awesome.
Mahalo nui loa for all your
tips, tricks and patience. I would recommend you to everyone visiting
Hawaii.
You not only made great decisions for hotels and operators but you also
gave us excellent tips for making our stay and getting around easier.
I plan on doing a write up on Traveladvisors.com and will mention you
as well.
My mom's people messed up with
her accommodations and air. She booked with someone else.
